The terms that govern your use of the Omira platform as a mental health professional. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Omira platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using Omira on behalf of a clinic or organisation, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organisation.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

Omira provides a software platform for mental health professionals, including session management, clinical documentation, care plans, scheduling and AI-assisted features such as the digital twin.
We may add, modify or remove features from time to time to improve the product.
Omira is a tool to support your clinical practice. You remain responsible for your professional judgement and for complying with the ethical and legal standards that apply to your profession.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must ensure you have the necessary consent and lawful basis to record and process client data within your workspace.
You must not use Omira in a way that violates applicable law, including privacy and data-protection regulations.

Clinical data you enter belongs to you and your clients, subject to applicable law.
AI-assisted features, including note drafting and the digital twin, are provided to support your work. Drafts and outputs should be reviewed by you before use.
We do not provide medical or therapeutic advice through the platform. You remain the licensed professional responsible for clinical decisions and outcomes.

You agree not to misuse the platform, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, or using it for unlawful purposes.
You must not input or store content that infringes the rights of others or that you do not have the right to process.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Omira and its components, including the software, branding, and documentation, are the property of Omira or its licensors.
You may use the platform solely for your internal practice purposes under these terms.
Nothing in these terms grants you ownership of the Omira software or its trademarks.

We aim to keep the platform available and reliable, but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
The platform is provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omira shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using Omira and close your account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or where required by law.
Upon termination, you remain responsible for exporting and managing your data in line with applicable obligations.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you in advance where reasonably possible.
Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
